things you’ll need: eggs, mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, and any additional add-ins: capers, pickles, sriracha, celery, radish, green onions, chives, parsley, dill, smoked paprika, old bay, sub yogurt for mayo, sub vinegar for mustard, sub pickle juice for vinegar, or just mash up some eggs and eat them with lettuce because that’s what you can manage.
