Gochujang Roasted Chicken
it’s easier to plan ahead and take the time to marinade knowing that things really should get better now
Things you’ll need: boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, gochujang (Korean chili paste), soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free), mirin or cooking sake, garlic, ginger, sugar (light brown and/or white), sesame oil, scallions, pepper, sesame seeds if you have em, and whatever you plan to eat on the side.
