Things you’ll need: Leftover meat (2 or more cups, shredded), chili powder, cumin, onion, garlic, corn, optional jalapeños, stock, a can of diced tomatoes (fire-roasted if you got em), various many toppings: lime, avocado, cilantro, queso fresco or other queso, sour cream, more jalapeños. Most essentially: corn tortillas.
