things you’ll need: the leftover beans from the last meal (or a can of white beans), mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic (if you’re into that)

incidentally gluten-free and vegetarian, leave out the mozzarella for vegan (the creamy beans do a lot of the work)
