things you’ll need: blueberries, burrata, almonds, arugula, and a balsamic glaze (which you CAN make by simmering down a good balsamic until it reduces by 1/2, but you can also buy it from most grocery stores) or use a variation of the lemon-dijon dressing from this potato salad or this brussels sprout salad (maybe my favorite salad).
